HEALTH BUDDY SERVICES
Our professional health partner tier, designed for those who need somebody to assist them in medical appointments to understand what was said, what it means, and what the next steps should consequently be. It’s a great way to gain further clarity and peace of mind regarding the understanding of your health.

Attending your GP, the hospital, and other specialist appointments
Taking notes throughout the appointment
Asking appropriate questions on your behalf
Liaising with consultants, social workers, and care teams
Visiting you in care homes

TIER 3
HOLISTIC HEALTH AND WELLBEING SOLUTIONS
Our most specialist assessment and consultancy tier. In-depth, professionally produced services for those who need a thorough evaluation of their circumstances, and for organisations that commission independent assessments and reports as part of their statutory or legal processes.
Note that all assessments at this level are led by Selina Agyapong, the Founder and CEO, who holds an MSc in Global Public Health, and is a qualified Trusted Assessor. We use a holistic, social model approach; we look at the whole person and all the factors that affect their health and wellbeing, not just their medical diagnosis. Where assessments involve specialist input, we bring in appropriately qualified professionals who carry their own registration and insurance.

PRIVATE CARE NAVIGATION

Help for those in a complex situation involving numerous services, perhaps the NHS, social care, care homes, insurance etc., and thus needs somebody to take the lead

INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT REPORTS
INCLUDES
Professionally produced independent assessment reports for solicitors, insurance providers, HR departments, and legal teams
Care needs assessments, welfare and capacity related evaluations, independent expert opinion reports for use in personal injury claims, Court of Protection proceedings, employment matters, and insurance assessments
Note that where any element of the report requires input from a registered specialist professional, that professional is brought in under a separate engagement and carries their own registration and indemnity. All reports are prepared to the standard required for formal legal and professional use.
